I am passionate about supporting moms, within this system that often fails them. I am a certified perinatal mental health professional (PMH-C), Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level One trained Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), serving clients in the state of Maryland. With over 15 years of counseling experience, I work from a humanistic, systems-oriented perspective, utilizing various modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS Level One Trained), Polyvagal, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. I work through a mother-centric and feminist lens. My areas of focus include maternal mental health, maternal identity, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I have competency in supporting individuals feeling overwhelmed by life, who identify as Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) and mothers navigating conflict within their own maternal relationships. I earned my Master of Social Work from Columbia University and my Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from McDaniel College.
