I am passionate about supporting moms, within this system that often fail us. I am a certified perinatal mental health professional (PMH-C), Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level One trained Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), serving clients in the state of Maryland. With over 15 years of counseling experience, I work from a humanistic, systems-oriented perspective, utilizing various modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS Level One Trained), Polyvagal, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. I work through a mother-centric and feminist lens. My areas of focus include maternal mental health, maternal identity, and neurodivergence in motherhood. I have competency in supporting individuals feeling overwhelmed by life, who identify as neurodivergent, Highly Sensitive, as well as, mothers navigating conflict within their own maternal relationship.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Columbia University and my Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from McDaniel College.
